Add Tenant

This area allows landlords to post information on tenants. Landlords will have the ability to enter the following information:

> Tenant’s Drivers License (last 6 digits)

> Tenant’s SSN (last 4 digits)

> Tenant’s Name

> Tenant’s Rental Address

> When did the Tenant Rent from the previous landlords (From and To dates)

> Landlord's pictures of property damage caused by the tenant

> Comments explaining the issues the previous landlords have experienced with the tenant

> This information will be stored in a database for all members to search on and retrieve

> This information can be downloaded and printed by each member

Note: The Tenant’s Drivers License and SSN information is useful to help landlords pinpoint the exact tenant. However, this information is not required.

Search Tenant

This area allows landlords to search on tenant information. Landlords will have the ability to search the database for any tenant that has been previously added. Search results will consist of the following:

> Tenant’s Drivers License (last 6 digits)

> Tenant’s SSN (last 4 digits)

> Tenant’s Name

> Tenant’s Rental Address

> When did the Tenant Rent from the previous landlords (From and To dates)

> Date that the tenant information was actually entered

> Full photos of property damages caused by the tenant

> Comments explaining the issues the previous landlords have experienced with the tenant

(format is easily printable)

Investment Community

The Investment Community gives our members the forum to post their investment properties, and get responses from other interested investors. Members will be able to interact with each other for buying, selling, and renting investment properties.
